Community Help and Awareness of Natural Gas and Electric Services (CHANGES) Evaluation Public Workshop

Verdant Associates will be hosting a public workshop to present the draft project plan for the 2025 Community Help and Awareness with Natural Gas and Electricity Services (CHANGES) Program Evaluation. The CHANGES program delivers in-language services to limited-English proficient (LEP) customers of the four investor-owned utilities (IOUs) in California, and offers individualized case assistance, education, and outreach. The evaluation will address two research objectives, which include program benchmarking and a market profile analysis.
